Our Kailua beach vacation rentals are family owned (by the Allerstorfer Family) and run since 1978. We have been hosting world travelers for over 25 years. Your accommodations in paradise are private, spacious and modern with tropically landscaped gardens, onsite parking and private entries. They are fully furnished for your comfort with big baths and lots of linens and towels. Cable TV, VCR, phone, laundry area, BBQ, cooking appliances and utensils are all there to make your stay an unforgettable experience in Paradise. Our units are located right on world famous Kailua and Lanikai beaches are just steps away. Beach accessories are also available for your use. |

Prices begin at $115 U.S. per night plus 11.4% tax.

If you are coming to the beautiful island of Oahu and love to enjoy the sun, surf and sea, but don't want to deal with the crowds of tourists in Waikiki....Kailua and Lanikai are where you want to be. We are only 30 minutes away from the airport, downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. Kailua and adjacent Lanikai are beautiful residential communities located on the scenic East shores of Oahu. Kailua beach has been rated one of the best beaches in the world. With four miles of soft white sand to stroll and sunbathe on, your vacation of rest and leisure in Paradise is assured. For the sports oriented visitors, Kailua Bay offers swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, body boarding, kite boarding and windsurfing (kayak, kite boarding and windsurfer rentals are available). With the year round water temperature remaining at 75 degrees Fahrenheit (25 C), the beach and ocean are one of Hawaii's biggest attractions. Sight seeing and hiking are other popular activities and we will be eager to help you plan your days. Reservation Policies

To reserve one of our units, we require a security deposit. There is an 11.4% tax to be added to all prices. $20.00 additional charge for each additional person per night. Full payment is due upon arrival in check, travelers checks or cash. If you chose to pay by credit card an additional charge of 3% will be added. Minimum stay is 7 nights ($45.00 cleaning fee for stays of less then 5 nights). We offer discounts on stays of over 30 nights. For the peaceful enjoyment of guests and neighbors, parties, gatherings or loud music are not allowed on premises. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent the accommodation for the dates you had reserved. Cancellations made the day of arrival or "No Shows" will be charged the full amount outstanding. |
