To reserve one of our units, we require a security deposit.  There is a 4% state and 7% room tax to be added to all prices. $20.00 additional charge for each additional person per night. Full payment is due upon arrival in check, travelers checks or cash. If you chose to pay by credit card an additional charge of 3% will be added.

Minimum stay is 7 nights ($45.00 cleaning fee for stays of less then 5 nights). We do not usually charge a cleaning fee for stays over 5 nights but if the unit is returned in unreasonably dirty conditions or damage is done to it we reserve the right to deduct from your credit card account the amount of  $45.00 to cover the cleaning and the amount necessary to cover the damage, if any.  We offer discounts on stays of over 30 nights.

For the peaceful enjoyment of guests and neighbors, parties, gathering or loud music are not allowed on premises.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent the accommodation for the dates you had reserved. Cancellations made the day of arrival or "No Shows" will be charged the full amount outstanding.
