Our private, non-smoking studios are quiet and spacious (approximately 450 square feet) and located in Lanikai  a quaint beachside community in Kailua on Oahu.  Blossoms and palms welcome you as you enter the property and the beach is just across the street, approximately 100 yards.Each modern studio has a king-sized bed, private bath with bathtub/shower, lots of towels and hair dryer.  The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes.The studios are designed with lots of windows, ceiling fans and air-conditioning to make for a cool and comfortable ambiance.  There is cable TV,  free wireless internet access, beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards along with free on site parking.Ideal for 2 people or you can rent 2 studios for 4 guests and get a 10% discount.

Lanikai is a quaint beachside community on Oahu. Our studios are spacious with a private entry and on site parking.   Interiors are designed with lots of windows, ceramic tile and ceiling fans to make for a cool and comfortable ambiance. Our clean and modern apartments are completely furnished to include cooking appliances and utensils, private baths with lots of towels and linens, rattan style furnishings, cable TV, phone, free wireless internet access, BBQ, beach accessories and free on site parking.

These lovely, modern, spacious studios with patio or deck and private bath are ideal for 2 people (or you can rent 2 studios for 4 guests and get a 10% discount). Glass sliding doors open up to your own lanai with garden view and cool breezes.

There is an upstairs beachside studio with balcony (no ocean view) and downstairs studio with courtyard.   The units are  first come, first serve (based on availability), but you can specify your preference.

Images below are of all the studios. Each studio is identical in size and amenities, the only difference other than the decor it being upstairs or downstairs.

We require a $200 security deposit per studio. There is a 13.75% tax added along with a $55 cleaning fee. A $25 fee is charged for an additional adult per night and/or for one quiet, small dog (30 pounds or less unless service) upon approval.  Full payment is due upon arrival with cash, check or  travellers checks.  If you chose to pay the balance by credit card, an additional charge of 3% will be added.

There is no minimum stay.   We offer a 10% discount on stays of over 30 nights.

For the peaceful enjoyment of guests and neighbors, parties, gatherings or loud music are not allowed on premises.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, there is no refund of the deposit.  Cancellations made the day of arrival or “No Shows” will be charged the full amount outstanding balance
